This Privacy Policy explains how the TestMyDocs team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through testmydocs.com (the “Site”). This Site is a pre-release marketing page whose only feature is a waitlist sign-up. We keep our data collection deliberately minimal.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect only:

• Your email address — so we can contact you about early access.
• Your company name (optional) — to help us understand who's interested.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g. IP address, timestamp), and aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for any product credentials or API keys through this Site.

How we use it

• To notify you about early access, availability, and product news.
• To respond to you if you contact us.
• To understand interest and improve the product.

We rely on your consent (which you give by joining the waitlist) and on our legitimate interest in building and launching the product. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the Site.
• Resend — storing waitlist contacts and sending emails.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We only share what is necessary for them to provide their service.

Retention

We keep your waitlist information until the earlier of: you ask us to delete it, or we decide it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by replying and asking.
• Access, correct, or delete your data by emailing us — we'll honor valid requests, including those under the GDPR and the CCPA where they apply.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
